Wrapping up

by Terry on May.24, 2010, under Adrian Tchaikovsky and George Mann, Alastair Reynolds

It’s that time again.  Adrian & George, it has been an absolute pleasure.  From Batman to dinner guests to steampunk, I’ve been having a great time the whole way.  Any last thoughts on who you’d like to dine with, comments on how the Dark Knight is superior to the Man of Steel, or plain old plugs for your new books before we turn it over to our next guest?

terminal world Wrapping up

Alastair Reynolds will kick off his time with us by disscussing pessimism/optimism in science fiction & fantasy, so be sure to tune in.

It is almost time for Robin & Sara to wrap up their time on Babel Clash.  I don’t know about you guys, but I have really enjoyed their time here!  Excellent discussion, ladies!  Who knew that a conversation about setting would evolve into such a cool discussion of the practice...

It is time, once again, to thank our current author guest and pass the torch on to someone new.  Thank you, Alastair, for all of your brilliant posts and excellent conversations.  Do you have anything you’d like to say to wrap up your time with us? Tomorrow, we’ll hear from...

Good news today: Atlantis has returned to Earth after what is likely to be its final mission (although it’ll be kept on standby in case it’s needed as a lifeboat for one of the remaining missions). As sad as I am about the end of the shuttle era, I can’t...

    And it’s farewell from him…
It’s been fun. For those that are interested, book 5 of Shadows of the Apt (which I’ve gamely resisted plugging, or mostly, during our joint tenure) is out in August in the UK, and book 4 is out very shortly in the US.

    All the best.
