OK, so Sherlock Holmes has outwitted Gandalf. Score one for the master detective.
Now he’s met his match. For round 2: “Who has more luck with the ladies, Sherlock Holmes or Captain Kirk?”

- Kirk vs. Holmes Morgan asked: “Who has more luck with the ladies, Sherlock Holmes or Captain Kirk?” The answer is elementary once again, my dear Morgan, though this time it is obviously NOT Holmes. James Tiberius Kirk, that great, golden Lothario of the spaceways, is practically as well-known for his sexual prowess as...
- Our next topic is… Welcome to John Joseph Adams. In honor of his anthology, the Improbable Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, and the new Holmes film opening Christmas Day, Babel Clash asks the hard questions. We’ll begin with a real puzzler: “Who’s smarter, Sherlock Holmes or Gandalf?” ...
- And our next guest is… Steve, thank you once again for all of the great posts and for spending time with us on Babel Clash. Good luck with Elegy Beach and other books to come. I’m looking forward to seeing what you try next. Our next guest is John Joseph Adams, highly regarded editor and...
- Holmes against the supernatural Based on what little of the new Holmes movie that we’ve seen in the trailer, it appears as if the supernatural plays some part. Now, that may all turn out to be smoke & mirrors, but it does look to involve the occult in some way. So, what’s your preference...

Since none of Sherlock Holmes tales EVER had a romantic involvement (aside from Dr. Watson doing so with one or two women … and marrying one of them) and since it would be hard to find a original Star Trek episode were Kirk wasn’t getting the local hot babe, gee, this is such a hard question to answer.

They should consider porting some actually GOOD Anime Games over to America, not all this Naruto and Bleach crap. I’m not kidding, Japan gets like a new Anime Game every hour, The West only gets 500 Naruto games. IMPORT AWESOMER GAMES OVER!!
