Howdy folks! Yep, I've been twin wrangling. And I spent 14 hours trying to get them to clean the house but all I got were blank stares and bits of formula-drool. Oh, and smiles. Because they are smiling now and it is glorious to behold.

Thank you all for being such gracious folks. Thanks, Morgan, for hosting us. And thank YOU Kate for shouldering all the posting while I learn the ropes as a new Dad.

CANTICLE.... Well, because it's the second volume, I'd recommend you grab the newly released paperback of LAMENTATION first and give it a read. It sets the stage and I'm told it stands pretty well alone. If you like it, CANTICLE picks up the story about seven months later and follows the characters as they dig further into the mystery of who destroyed the city of Winwir (and thus the Androfrancine Order) and why. It also brings back (and expands on) some of the secondary characters in the first book.

I'll hope to get back here and visit at some point. Kate, you've been wonderful to blog with and I'm excited about touring with you.

If any of you are near those places she mentioned come out, introduce yourself and tell us you met us here at Babel Clash.

Thanks again for being a fun group to hang out with electronically these last few weeks!
